Developed by what if: projects in collaboration with the Waltham Forest team, Techniker, Max Fordham and Bespoke Transport Consulting, this feasibility study sets out concept designs for the new building, the project context and a developed strategy for the building’s new uses and operations.  The study includes research and best practice examples regarding active travel which has informed the proposal, summaries of the environmental and structural strategies and an elemental cost breakdown.
